This location needs to work on customer service improvements. Today I went there and waited to order in one of the drive thrus... and after almost 10 minutes of waiting I found out this was not working! No sign, nothing! Parked the car and went inside toorder. Ordered using their order kiosk. When they served I had to ask for the items that I had ordered! The guy seems funny andgave me a look when I was asking for the cups for my meal! And the worst part was When I asked for a cup holder! For three cupshe gave me two cup holders. Two cups in a holder!! Seriously? They don?t have any other cup holders!! 2nd time coming here. Last time food was old so I specified everything fresh. Fresh fries, burgers, and nuggets. Got to the... window asked again, the guy told me yes. And of course it was old. The new Chicken Sandwich is pretty good! The Large fry was probably more like a small which is why i gave 4 stars instead of 5.
This is the WORST location EVER. They can never figure out the drive-through. If you get into the drive-through line expect to... wait at least 20 minutes. If you go into the store, expect to get an incompetent worker who doesn't care about you or the food.And the food, expect a hard bun and food that looks like it's been sitting there for 2 hours. Literally everything about thisplace is awful. A few weeks ago I thought I'd give it another shot. While I was at the window waiting to pay, the girl at thewindow literally turned her back to me, and stood there for 5 minutes on her phone. While I sat there looking at her backthrough the window. When she finally opened the window, I asked her "what took so long to take the payment"? She responded with"I don't know I was just standing here." WHAT!?!? Superior McDonald?s located in Broomall with a double car drive thru and mobile ordering parking spots. They have a great... rewards program with daily deals, fast ordering and service, and always fresh, hot fries here. Read more
Typical of most other McDonald's visits, the drive thru was speedy and efficient with just a few cars in line. Easy parking lot... layout and design makes for an easy, quick in and out experience. Only problem was the fries, most of them were burnt, whichusually does not happen, unfortunately by the time I noticed, I was too far down the road to go back and ask them for new fries.Oh well. This place is terrible, even by McDonald's standards. I've ordered from this location three times, which is my own fault. First... time, the food was cold, the rolls were stale, and the fries tasted like they have been sitting around for 2 hours. The secondtime, the chicken on my McChicken sandwiches were hard as rocks, the buns were inedible, and the fries again tasted like theyhad been sitting around for 3 hours. Today I stopped on my way into work for breakfast. My order was completely wrong, and whenI called to ask for a refund they told me that they couldn't help me and that I would have to come back into the location.Completely unacceptable.
