On September 19,2022 I placed an order at the Niagara falls Blvd location and the person picking it up had an accident (they are... ok) and the order was never picked up and unable to get a person on phone to get $ placed back on account . I ordered rice bowl and Greek fries delivery. The guy only brought the rice bowl and didn't bring Greek fries. When questioned ,... he said he will go back to the restaurant and will bring it . But never came back and the restaurant never answered my calls. Ialready called 5 times. Took my money and didn't provide the item. And no options to report online or to file a complaint. Greek style food, pick each ingredient, make a bowl, or a wrap. We waited a long time for fries, finished main order before we... got our fries. After sometime I went back to give Rachel?s another try. Several friends told me they Loved ?? their food. Came for lunch today and I'm only giving 3 stars because the gyro meat we had in our gyros was way over cooked and salty, to... where some of it was little charred pieces. All the veggies were fresh, the place was clean and staff was friendly. We ordered 2gyros and a side of Greek fires and it came to $32, a little much but would have been worth it had the gyro meat not beenovercooked. Read more

Love this place usually order twice a week but haven?t in a while. I work in the restaurant business myself and know times are... tough but wow have they downsized. Receive half a rice bowl. I received one scoop of rice , , ,one chicken, and very little ofeverything else. When I made a comment they said this was standard. I then asked for the fountain drink and got this size. $15for this is insane. Really hoping it was the workers that are this bad and not the restaurant. Read more
