I have never had a meal I didn't love at the Border Cafe! as a parent, I've been taking my 6 and 8-year-old children there since... they were weeks old. There's lots of fun music and lots of light which keeps them busy and entertained, setting an awesomeatmosphere for a family dinner. The food is very good and very consistent. So easy to have a couple of favorites and know thatyou're always going to love them with each trip... You can never go wrong with the hot, fresh chips and salsa! Read more
I?m not sure if the chef was having a bad day, but all the food we ordered were too salty to enjoy. I packed the fajitas and... jambalaya home, and stirred fry them together with a big bowl of steam rice to be able to finish it. The service was great. Thefood came out in about 15 minutes. had such a good time here. went in for a quick meal because I was starving and grabbed a seat at the bar. the bartender was very... nice and got my order quickly. This was my first time trying Border Cafe, but I have been told it?s a great spot to stop for a bite to eat. There was a short... wait, but on a Friday night during a dinner rush - we gladly waited 20 minutes for a seat. The food arrived piping hot and thedim lighting made it a great casual date night spot. Excellent place for Mexican food and drinks. More than 100 guests can be seated at a time. Reservations are required. The... restaurant was pretty busy and filled with guests enjoying the weekend. Plenty of parking space available including fordifferently abled people. Covid19 protocol strictly followed. Masks are compulsory. Sanitisers kept in handy. Colourful interiordecorations. Good music ???? too. Food was tasty. They should have more varieties of drinks and beer too. Excellent service bythe staff and they were all wearing white top shirts and dark trousers. Quick service. Rest rooms are there separately for menand women. There's a separate bar where one can sit and enjoy. Cubicle seating arrangements are also available. Wheelchairparking and access to the hotel is there. Surprisingly the restaurant takes the last order at 9.30 pm even though we went onFriday i.e., beginning of the weekend. Kids menu is also there. Came in and was delightfully air conditioned considering it was 100 degrees outside. The music was loud, but not too loud to... have a decent conversation. The complimentary chips and salsa were good. The chips were freshly made and the salsa was slightlyspicy. The queso was also pretty good, very thick. I had the chicken enchiladas and it was delicious. The rice and beans on theside were perfectly seasoned. My friends had the salmon tacos and the shrimp tacos. Both were reportedly delicious.
