Please do yourself a favor and do not order if your order comes from the Plains Rd. Burlington location. Twice this week a... mistake was made. The first time we let it go because we don't like to complain but this time, we ordered a panzerotti withpepperoni, feta and hot pepper and it also came with mushrooms (which I can't have) and bacon. We were by IKEA in Burlington decided to order pizza pizza because the night before that we were in st Cathrine by Costco the... guy made us good pizza but this pizza by IKEA poor customer service we asked them to make half just cheese pizza and the otherhalf just olives the guy was you have to pay extra for cheese my understanding the pizza comes with cheese we didn?t ask forextra cheese. Terrible customer service. The first pizza came with an issue. Secondly, the replacement that they said was submitted, was never... submitted. Now they only offer credit for the pizza (but this excludes the tax + delivery paid ???). So basically a uselesscredit to reorder my same order. What a joke. Will never order from here again. Just got delivered some of the rawest dough I have ever been served. Our order showed up almost 20 minutes before our order was... said to arrive and we can see why. We were actually trying this establishment out for our daughter?s birthday party in a fewweeks. Glad we saved ourselves this experience then. Won?t be back and a waste of $50 Read more
BAD Experience- New to Burlington area, wanted to checkout this place. Ordered grilled veggie and goat cheese pizza, confirmed... all the toppings, and confirmed twice not to add any meat on the pizza. Later when I got back to my place, I saw a lot of chunksof white meat all over (chicken I assumed). It was already late in the night, and couldn't go back to return it. Was very excited to get bocci bites and a panzeroti. My usual at pizza pizza. After draining the grease out of my bocci bites... they still have the bottom filled with more grease dripping out of the bites. My panzeroti is also grossly greasy AND the doughis raw. Not impressed and will not be ordering from pizza pizza ever again. Read more
