My Frappe tastes like grapes! Today was the second time that my frappe tastes like grapes. I can only assume that someone has... not cleaned the machine between making smoothies and frappes. The food and frappes have been great for years at this location. Ihope this is fixed because a 50/50 chance of getting a bad frappe is enough for me to go to another location or restaurant. Read more

The McDonald's in Georgia where I'm from have young kids that are rude and don't care if you get what you paid for and and it's... really sad that we can't go out as a family and enjoy our food at a McDonald's but at this McDonald's there are familieseverywhere smiling faces behind the counter making sure everyone is happy. We had a mobile order we waited almost an hour for. And when we received it, it was missing items and one of the burgers had a... hair in it. The customer service was decent but one of them also acted like they didn't know we had an order after asking us tomove up a window and making us wait for another 20-30 minutes. Read more
Not the greatest McDonald's I've been to. Pulled to the outer drive thru sat for about ten minutes before realizing I assume the... speaker or booth was out of order. Pulled up to the window and told the cashier it wasn't working. No apology just what do want?Received or order pulled off the food was cold and part of our order was missing. This was 5 days ago. Today they almost wouldn?t take our order, don?t know what goes on in drive thru. We were the first... people there they told us to wait then a handful of people go through the other side ok this much not work so we go to the otherone and they take the order of the people who just rolled up at the side we just left.
