We would have to say is our all time favourite Vietnamese restaurant in all of Calgary..!!! The food is as authentic (I hate... using this word but in this case it’s very fitting) as you can get to Vietnamese food. We were very excited to find a place in Calgary that serves Nem Lui and specializes in Hue style soups. We loved the Hue Style... Pho w/rare beef and brisket; the broth was very tasty and had a lot of depth. We also really enjoyed the Nem Lui and the Bun BoHue soup. We ordered the Banh Loc La and thought it was just all right, would probably skip it next time. The women's bathroomcould use a bit of work as there was almost no soap left in it, but they do provide hand sanitizer at every table, which wasnice. The service was good and the people were kind. Nice quiet restaurant with a good variety of dishes from the normal Vietnamese restaurant around town. Portion could be bigger... for the price you pay on some dishes but overall it was good. Read more
Nice and quiet place to eat with family here. Cute cup tea also great Vietnamese tea too. and fresh food here.
Delicious food and huge portion! Had the beef brisket pho and the broth was a bit too salty for me. Overall good food though.... Just a few minor things - their chilli oil does not come with a lid for some reason so it’s kept open at all times and theircup for the tea is a bit small than the average size - had lots of tea refilling to do. This place is amazing, they make very authentic dishes from the Hue region of Vietnam. A lot of the dishes are very labour... intensive and you can't find anywhere else. Try the banh beo, banh nam, rare beef salad, there take on spring rolls and clamnoodles Read more
