The employee had no clue how to make a milkshake. Wasted $6.49 for essentially a huge cup of milk. Was only in the area passing... thru and was really looking forward to a choc/pb milkshake. Didn't realize just how bad it was until I was back on the road.Highly disappointed. Ended up throwing it out. Read more

This Baskin Robbins is connected to a Dunkin Donuts and struggles because of it. If you're in the drive through, it isnt too... bad. But if you go inside, expect to wait a decent amount of time before you can be helped. It's honestly kind of annoying that8 other Dunkin Customers were helped before I could be taken care of. I was getting my car serviced across the street so I decided to walk my two year old son across the highway to get ice cream. He... was very excited. I am 7 months pregnant so I admit I was also excited for ice cream. When we arrived after the long hot walk,we stood there for fifteen minutes at least with zero acknowledgement. I kept promising my son they would be with us soon as hewas getting antsy. There was ONE other customer in the building and one car in the drive thru. V there were FOUR people behindthe counter and what I assume was a manager sitting at a table on her laptop. Not one of them so much as said hello or I'll beright with you. I ended up walking out with a toddler who proceeded to cry for the next hour over the ice cream we didn't get. I work in customer service and am very understanding and patient, but this was ridiculous. Read more

Night shift people I dealt with today were very rude, didn?t answer the phone when I called. And when I got there told me I... couldn?t get the ice cream I wanted. It was all I asked for. But I got there at 11:40 pm. When they closed at 12:00 am. I wouldunderstand if I got there at at 11:55 but I didn?t. So why couldn?t I get the ice cream I wanted? She gave me a donut for freefor the inconvenience but I didn?t go there for a donut. Read more

Had a buy one cone any size get a second for 99 cents coupon...they only deducted 99 cents from the bill which was more than a... $3 overcharge. When I brought it to the cashier's attention she said that is how the coupon is programmed in their system andwouldn't adjust it despite the fact that it clearly said it on the coupon AND the description of the coupon on the receipt.
