The staff is great. The customer service is even better. I came this morning for decaf coffee and pankages. A typical order... takes about 5 mins obviously is a fast food restaurant. I waited for about 15 mins, my order never came. I give them another 5mins. I walked thru the counter i request my order. My order was just sitting there with one to take care of it. They haveplenty of staff with no much customers.???????????? Read more

Don't do mobile order curbside pickup. We never got our kids' order. Had to go inside. There's a bunch of workers doing... nothing. Even the drive thru was not busy. Their alarm was beeping the whole time I was waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Read more
this is the newest of the locations in all of the west valley, which made it the nicest , it has all the technology and is fast... there. They are not open past like 11pm , which is a bummer but great place and they always have the latest deals./ Get the appand you can get great deals Read more
Ok so it's not just me not receiving a receipt. Even tho it prints out they grab and crumble it up. Everyone that I have... encountered here seems to hate their job. Take your money next window, take your drink next window. And shove the food out thewindow and slam. Read more
Walked in. Paid for a simple order, coke & large fry -- the fries were not cold, stale, tough when biting, little to zero salt,... and only halfway filled inside the red container (visually like a small fry in a large red fry container). I did ask for a freshorder after tasting them, (totally felt weird about that), and rec'd the same quality fry with a slightly warmer temp at least.I just accepted 'em and left saying nothing. It was an odd, awkward experience all-around (cleanliness, service, wait time, andso forth). But I'll still go to other locations obviously lol. When it's good, it hits the mark :) I've just not been going asmuch, for awhile now because of the inconsistency in many other items too. :( But a sidenote, you can't EVER go wrong withyour breakfast !! Extending your breakfast hours again until 1pm or so, would be AMAZZZINGGG btw. :) Read more
