Family-owned and local, this is our regular Italian dinner choice. Delicious and fresh every time. Try any of their soups and... definitely both of their house-made dressings, Creamy Italian and Peppercorn Ranch. We have also had the lovely owner suggestwine pairings that have become some of our very favorites. While we regularly get the eggplant rollatini and pasta ala vodkawith soup and salads, there is nothing that we have ever ordered that has made it past breakfast leftovers. They deliver, too! There were some issues. On a positive note, food was very good overall...chicken parm and eggplant rolls w ricotta ...the... eggplant dish was only listed on the website...could not find on menu at table and waiter had to confirm with the owner. Thisshould be fixed However, to start the experience, we followed the hostess ... she just 'tossed' menus on the table, kept going,so never bothered to seat us properly. Not a good way to demonstrate hospitality. This was a special birthday dinner for myfiance and we have been to the restaurant before with no issues. The table was sticky and the floor under at least one side ofour table appeared to be slippery ...but not an issue on the main floor at least. Really, clean the tables before guests areseated! Regular drinks were limited...no ginger ale or root beer for ex. End of meal no regular coffee available..onlyespresso and cappuccino No special comp birthday dessert but waiter nice and had lighted candle w dessert brought to ourtable More attention to detail would be a better overall experience. I ordered a small vegie pizza for 17.99. The tomato sauce was watered down, the veggies were not cooked. When I moved the... toppings back the dough was raw. I know they're not the owners of the 90s. So the Italian flavors are not there. Expensive! Noambiance. Wasted money! 41$ for a cup of pasta and a small pizza! Read more

Had my first trip here and honestly felt like the crust was a frozen one(based on how it looked and the holes imprinted) and the... pizza overall had zero taste to it. Salt was definitely needed and the meat topping we ordered was pretty much nonexistent butthey definitely charged 25.00 for 4 topping large pizza? . My date said she'd prefer dominos to this which is tough for me tosay seeing as I've never been but I definitely feel like we wasted 25 bucks that we could have used for something better. Bigfat thumbs down ???? Read more

Wanted to love this place. Looked like a nice low key place by Aldi. Being Italian and from north, this isn?t even pizza. I... noticed Antonio is involved with the reviews, so I would like to know what he thinks about the photo? He?s the one that made itthat morning. First customer in too so they weren?t busy. I?ll keep looking for good pizza. One Bite everyone knows the rules.5.3 Read more

I have been coming into this restaurant for a few years now, and let me just say: it?s always phenomenal service. The food is... always cooked fresh and the wait staff are so pleasant. I?ve tried a few different dishes in my time spent here, and the food isalways exceptional. If your looking for some great pizza, come in and support this family business. I recommend Dominique, sheprovides exemplary service! 5 out of 5! Read more

I was out and about and craving some pizza, and the photos I saw online of the this place reminded me of traditional Italian... restaurants I knew growing up in New Jersey, so I thought I'd check it out. When I arrived in the parking lot, I couldn't tellif it was open, and almost drove off. Even when I approached the front door, I couldn't tell, and almost left again, butdecided to check the door, and it was open. (!) My original plan was to get a couple slices (whichthey offer at a so-very-NYfront counter, but once I was inside, I liked the place's vibe, so I decided to dine in. (The restaurant was dark and quietwhen I came in, but within 10 minutes a large family with kids sat at the table next to me, and that was the end of the quiet! They were adorably boisterous and showing off their DuoLingo German to their grandparents, though, which was just fine.) Theregular (thin crust) pizza is listed in the menu as "New York Style," so I told the waitress I wanted "a large New-York-Stylepepperoni and mushroom pizza," but she had no idea what I was talking about, and asked what I meant, so I had to point out toher how it's listed. (The menu also lists "Sicilian Style," a *true* sign of an actual Italian NY/NJ pizza place!) The 16"pizza came out in about 15 minutes, and it was still sizzling. I let it cool down a bit (having too often experiencedpizza-burned roof-of-mouth), and added some grated parmesan. The first bite had two primary aspects: the crust is decidedly"New York"--thin, slightly crunchy on the outside, but flakier and moister next to the sauce--but...the sauce is just slightlytoo sweet. After a few more bites, I decided that this is *exactly* like most of the pizza you get on the streets of New York oron the boardwalk in New Jersey. It's what you'd expect from a typical pizza joint or family Italian restaurant. Not what I'dcall exemplary or especially tasty... that is, mainstream New York. I did rather quickly devour half the large pie, tho Read more
