I have visited wingstop 3 times in both cedar hill and desoto within the last couple of months, and the quality was poor.... Chicken cooked to hard and hardly any seasoning or sauce on wings. And fries cooked or seem to be cooked twice. For the costtheir quality should be so much better. I'm done! I will frequent small businesses to give them a try. Read more
I had a terrible order of what appeared to be refried wings which is against codes to reuse food. Then I went back to get them... again and it is ridiculous how the what is supposed to be Korean Spicy wings looked like they had black charcoal sauce poredover them. And, I had to pay for a sauce to go with the order. What do they think I kept the ranch from a week ago. This WingStop has a 3 rating that needs to fall less. I... waited almost an hour for an 8 piece combo, that was called ahead of time on a 20 minute wait. I usually never leave reviews but its ridiculous how unorganized the place is. My husband placed an order and we were told it... would be done in 30-45 minutes. We get there and wait another 30 minutes while an employee was apparently ?bagging? our order.There was one young man who seemed to know what he was doing but he was helping another customer. There was a tall young womanwho was very respectful but didn?t seem to know what she was doing at all and was ?bagging? our order running from the front tothe back for 30 minutes. Then another kid, I?m not sure whether it was a young man or woman but they were sitting on thecounter, not doing anything, wouldn?t answer my questions and looked like they were high on drugs. They were mostly in the backbut them and another worker were cussing up a storm and on their phones. This place is run by children and it seemed like therewas no manager. Never again! So, we placed an online order at this location the Saturday after the snow/ice situation in early Feb. Our wait... time was an 1hr and 20 minutes, cool. We arrived and did not get our food until 1 hour and 30 minutes later. Had I known itwouldn't be cooked until we arrived, I would have never placed the order. I commend the young lady working the front register.They were obviously overwhelmed with online orders and short staffed. This is my 2nd time ordering thighs from Wingstop, firstat the DeSoto location, in which they were dry, and at this location...see the picture. Possibly one of my worst experiences. My daughter was ordering and the employees just laughed at her for not knowing what to... say. She also waited way longer than she need to for a sandwich and fries due to the fact that the employees were just standingaround and forgot about her order that had been sitting in the kitchen. If I didn?t say anything who knows how long she wouldhave to wait. The food wasn?t even that good, the fries were lukewarm at best.
