Took a while to take are order at drive thru, person took order couldn't get order right, person at window taking the money... was playing around, laughing and took awhile before he took are money. The person that gave us are 2 coffee order was veryfriendly, and quick. Read more
My family and I just moved into the area. We decided to grab something quick. While we waited on our food in the lobby, there... were flies everywhere and all the tables were disgusting. There were atleast 30-40 flies in the front window alone. After wegot our food, we decided it would be cleaner to eat on the floor of our new home than in this McDonald?s lobby. Read more
They overfilled a blue slushy and spilled all over the interior of my car. They can?t count to six. The 6 piece nugget had 5.... When talking with the manager her remedy was 1 free nugget order. Because that fixes the mess in my car? IQ of 42 required towork there (not talking about people with disabilities they do a better job). Had to use the kiosk. When order arrived did not allow enough plates for each person. Seems like this is the direction fast... food will go but not easy while watching a 6 and 8 year old at the same time as punching in the order....probably won't go goback again. Worst experience I've ever had, staff was rude, unprofessional, just not what I grew up with. I will NEVER go back to... McDonald's in our state. Been to 2 in the last 2 weeks, same experience. I can't wait for the staff to get them shut down andout of our town. I called corporate, but they didn't have the decency to return my call. The sign on the door says they want toknow. And I grew up with the Matthew's family but thought i would follow through with appropriate steps to take care of thesituation. The Bentonville location called my lady an f' en b, for there mistake, then threw food at her. All on record aftershe sat in the drive thru for over 25 minutes and number 3 in line. That is unacceptable and they better be glad I wasn't there. NOONE TALKS TO MY LADY LIKE THAT, ESPECIALLY A MCDONALD'S DRIVE THRU EMPLOYEE.
