This place is way overpriced for gas station mediocre inconsistent chicken. The chicken that I purchased today was not fresh. ... It was cold and dry. I expect much better quality for 37.99 for just 12 pieces of chicken. Management must do a better jobwith quality control. The fries were also terrible. They were hard as rocks. Theres been quite a few times we've had issues with the Chantilly location. At night the employees here treat customers as an... inconvenience. Tonight at 2am (we are night shift) the doors were locked but the store was open with all the lights and musicgoing with no signs saying it was closed (its a 24 hour store) Read more

Garbage station. Their vacuum is broken and still takes $. No "out of order" sign anywhere and I went into the store to... complain. Typical response was it's not our machine and not are problem. Ok, it was only $1.75 in quarters but have a F-insign out there and the cashier say, it's not our machine and not own by them. Such a terrible customer service. Read more
Gas is a bit cheaper here compare to other gas station. I always grab Krispy Kreme doughnuts here because they?re always fresh.... The chicken sandwich taste good and the Mac & cheese is cheesy and always warm. Their fried chicken are tasty and crispy.Bathroom aren?t that clean and there?s no soap in the dispenser. Looks like kids are running this place. The cashiers are completely clueless and look like 16 year old teenagers. When I asked a... question related to using rewards card, the answer they gave me was : I have no idea !! The food leaves a lot to be desired aswell. My chicken tender was anything but tender and it was salty too. They messed up my sub too. I asked for a toasted sub andit was super cold.
