I highly recommend requesting Joseph as your chef. The interaction was amazing. He had jokes, conversation and a pretty cool... routine for cooking. Always a great experience here and never the greasy food you get at other habachi spots. We usually make a reservation ahead,... and I'd recommend you do, but this time we came without one and there was enough room for us to join a table. I know a lot ofHitachi places can be hit or miss but this one is a big hit. I'd recommend trying the scallops here, they were shockingly good.We've done the lobster tail once, but not something I'd do again. Plenty of food and the kids have loved every cook we've gottenhere. One of the best experiences I have ever had a Japanese steakhouse in my life. The food was very good. Service was exceptional... and the place was very clean and inviting as well.
