One of the best experiences I have ever had a Japanese steakhouse in my life. The food was very good. Service was exceptional... and the place was very clean and inviting as well. I highly recommend this place. I spent many years in the restaurant businessand am very picky on food. This place exceeded all my standards and expectations. I highly recommend requesting Joseph as your chef. The interaction was amazing. He had jokes, conversation and a pretty cool... routine for cooking. Always a great experience here and never the greasy food you get at other habachi spots. We usually make a reservation ahead,... and I'd recommend you do, but this time we came without one and there was enough room for us to join a table. I know a lot ofHitachi places can be hit or miss but this one is a big hit. I'd recommend trying the scallops here, they were shockingly good.We've done the lobster tail once, but not something I'd do again. Plenty of food and the kids have loved every cook we've gottenhere. First time here everything was so good! Crab rangoons were tasty, service was quick and accommodating. We got a few small rolls... and a Cherry Blossom roll and a Fantasy roll. Every component was perfect, the rice was deliciously seasoned, the shrimp wascrispy and hot, the spicy tuna all together was so yummy! 10/10 for a sushi experience. Read more

Accidentally stumbled upon Tsuki Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar while on the way to another Sushi spot in town. We were... seated quickly and provided with a large menu with a lot of great dinner options. In the room next to us, there was a hibachidinner show going on. The food came out fast and was really fresh. I would love to try more on their menu. The price point wasexceptional for sushi. I will be back! Read more
