ordered turkey bacon ranch sandwich only to drive away and find out I got a totally different sandwich. when I called to inform... them no one would answer the phone. I called several times and still no one answered. I find it extremely upsetting to getsomething I didn't order and then nobody is willing to answer a phone call to deal with the issue in which they created. Completely unacceptable and this store in Chatham has gone down the wrong road. Used to be good not anymore. Veryunprofessional. It leaves me feeling like they stole from me. They got my money and I didn't get what I ordered. Update: Arby's is only interested in helping if I go online and give them my personal info. so they can sell my info. really?
