ordered turkey bacon ranch sandwich only to drive away and find out I got a totally different sandwich. when I called to inform... them no one would answer the phone. I called several times and still no one answered. I find it extremely upsetting to getsomething I didn't order and then nobody is willing to answer a phone call to deal with the issue in which they created. Completely unacceptable and this store in Chatham has gone down the wrong road. Used to be good not anymore. Veryunprofessional. It leaves me feeling like they stole from me. They got my money and I didn't get what I ordered. Update: Arby's is only interested in helping if I go online and give them my personal info. so they can sell my info. really? Very good food. Restaurant was clean and the service was great and speedy. Our order was correct also.
Good Food & Good Staff. Great Beef & Cheese Sandwich & Poutine. Buy the Triple sized one it will last you for 2 or 3 meals. Ask... for extra Cheese & Gravy on your Poutine. It makes it even more Yummy! I'd definitely go back. Enjoy your next trip to Arby's ! :) Read more
Although they gave me a cup that had a hole in it the customer service was on point, the food was amazing as always at every... Arby's but this was the first time I have had Arby's in 5 years so it was very nice to enjoy my favorite sandwich again, theyreplaced my drink and upsized it for the inconveniences and then they gave me a bunch of napkins to clean up the mess it made inmy car, great job guys keep up the great work and customer service Read more
The chicken sandwiches are awful!! They are like really cheap breaded frozen chicken patties that you buy at the grocery store.... And look at the bacon they put on it! That little bacon?? Come on!! Are they told to give a third of a strip of bacon? There isno excuse to serve food like this considering it was $7.39 +taxes, and yet the competitors with excellent chicken sandwicheslike KFC and Wendys and Popeyes cost less than that and they all use way better quality ingredients and taste a million timesbetter and give at least 2 strips of bacon. I don't usually go to Arby's but have gone once each time they bring something newout, hoping it will improve, but it doesn't. The only good things they have is the Orange Cream shake - that is sooooodelicious!! And their cookies are delicious too!! The employees are generally very courteous. Read more
