When they initially opened it was great. But it must have had a manager change and the portions got smaller. So I stayed away... for a long time. I tried them one more time, I again was disappointed. They forgot to add the steak! I went to the restaurantand they apologized but now the rest of the bowl was cold. Never again! Stay away! Go to the Bridgeview or the 7600 S Ciceroone. Read more
Apparently because they have customers waiting 30 mins gives them the right to yell at other customers because that?s exactly... what Jose did to me. I walked in and simply went to counter when I was rudely told ?you have to wait because this online orderhas been waiting for 30 mins? as I continue to stand there confused on what to do, Mr.Jose takes it upon himself again to tellme to wait again. I tell him I am waiting- he then tells me to take a seat! 1. Let me point out that I?m not a child andshouldn?t be spoken to that way. So I usually order from the chipotle app for my break, because I have to get it quick and go back to work. Well last time I had... ordered my food I took it all the way to work and when I opened it a third of the ENTIRE bowl was missing, like it looked likethe food was just scooped right out of my bowl, or someone got a little hungry and the tiny bit of rice that was even in therewas not cooked properly.
