The service and the food was excellent. I do have an issue though. I paid by credit card and was charged 3.5% without my... knowledge for paying with a credit card. this has never happened to me before and don?t understand why the customer should bepenalized for paying with a credit card. we asked before leaving and they told us there?s a note posted on the door about this.We checked and did see it on the door but it wasn?t at eye level- it was on the upper corner of the door where maybe a very tallperson would have seen it. Placed an order for Spaghetti with meat sauce and and a Fettuccine Alfredo pasta with Chicken. Our spaghetti came with barely... any meat and we found what looks like a long strand of blonde hair or a string in the spaghetti. Called the restaurant andmanager was absurdly disrespectful and had no regard on resolving the issue. I'm very disappointed at how the conversationended. Stale cold crunchy pizza and cold soggy wings after 1hour 45 min wait. What else to say . The girl on the phone was rude to my... wife and was giving her an attitude because we wanted a replacement. We never had this happened to us after years of usordering here. Maybe she is new or idk but it gave me a bad taste after years of coming here. Read more

I am a professional photographer and have been photographing weddings here for the last 25 years. The staff is amazing the food... incredible. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Chicago. For starters they have a nice parking lot and always plenty of seating... inside. The service is always great, and the food is outstanding. Portion sizes are awesome, and everything on the menu hasgood value. It?s the perfect place for date night, a casual meal, or takeout. I love this place and would highly recommend toanyone! Read more
