The commercials on TV are better than a product that is provided. The garlic steak was not ready when I ordered a steak burrito.... The tortilla was heated first and sat and sat and sat until it was cold. The steak was not ready so an alternative cold crumbledmystery meat was used with cold condiments added. This is not Mexican food this is expensive yuppie food. Only one brand of hotsauce is available. Tabasco sauce Bottle had been obviously refilled because it was runny like water. I used to like Chipotle. I always felt like I got a filling meal for a reasonable price. In the last couple years, I've seen... prices go up and portion sizes go way down. For about 10 bucks, you get a couple pieces of meat and a whole lot of lettuce inyour bowl or burrito. Read more

My experience was great. I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee, who made my food quickly and with a positive... attitude. She made sure I got everything I needed and made my soft tacos exactly how I requested, with not too much, or toolittle of each item added. I was quickly rung up and had my food and drink handed to me with a smile and a thank you. When I gothome to eat, it was just as tasty as I expected.
