The commercials on TV are better than a product that is provided. The garlic steak was not ready when I ordered a steak burrito.... The tortilla was heated first and sat and sat and sat until it was cold. The steak was not ready so an alternative cold crumbledmystery meat was used with cold condiments added. This is not Mexican food this is expensive yuppie food. Only one brand of hotsauce is available. Tabasco sauce Bottle had been obviously refilled because it was runny like water. They are fast and great. The only thing is there have limited opinion on things to pick like beans and rice. But if you like... what they have it's all good. I loved the food and same as my bf. I got a burrito and he got a bowl. Both very great and goodhealth options as well. Read more
I used to like Chipotle. I always felt like I got a filling meal for a reasonable price. In the last couple years, I've seen... prices go up and portion sizes go way down. For about 10 bucks, you get a couple pieces of meat and a whole lot of lettuce inyour bowl or burrito. Read more
The lady with purple/red hair was incredibly rude today. She was in such a rush and was just throwing food into my bowl. There... wasn?t anyone in there so not sure why she was rushing me so rudely. I have never had such bad service there. Once I opened mybowl it was all smashed to one side. Side note the guacamole looked great but had no salt or any flavor. A little consistency would go a long way! I ordered a carnitas burrito but ended up with half carnitas and half chicken. The... plus is that both meats were delicious and the order was right on time for pickup. Unfortunately, other items lacked. Theguacamole was literally brown and tasted rotten and the chips were stale. The service was good despite the restaurant being busyso I'd say 2 stars for the food, 4 stars for the service and average it out to a 3 star reveiw. Read more
Chipotle is always good, sometimes this one gets very busy though! It's a great place to get a healthy burrito or a bowl. I like... the chicken with brown rice and black beans. The burritos are so big!! You honestly could get two meals out of one burrito,especially if you're a smaller person like me. So it's a pretty good deal for the price, I think a burrito is around $10, lessthan that I'm pretty sure. Overall I would recommend this place if you want a heavy meal for a deal! Read more
My experience was great. I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee, who made my food quickly and with a positive... attitude. She made sure I got everything I needed and made my soft tacos exactly how I requested, with not too much, or toolittle of each item added. I was quickly rung up and had my food and drink handed to me with a smile and a thank you. When I gothome to eat, it was just as tasty as I expected.
