I wish I could give this a negative star rating. Everytime I have been here there has been some kind of major issue. Has really... really gone down hill. Service is horrible. Seems like they thought if they ignored me for a while, I'd just leave. Next timealso took forever, the last time I got a meatball sub with no meatballs... Seriously! I placed an order on the app and selected a favorite I had saved. Unknown to me they had changed the sauce and updated my... favorite with the new sweet onion teriyaki sauce. The sauce is not good in my opinion. I looked back at my order and thedescription states it is made with chicken marinaded in the new sauce also. That is not true, the chicken was just plain and notmarinaded. Its sad that they make such a horrible change to something I have been eating for a very long time. I will not beordering this sandwich again and will have to think hard about ever eating Subway again. There were only 3 sandwiches I that ateand now one is gone. Read more
I had a problem with the Subway in Henry,IL and called this store for advice. The two employees, "James & Gabe" were a blessing... for me today. I will more than likely start making the 15 minute drive just to come to this Subway from now on. Thank you, tothese two young men tonight. Read more
Worst subway ever. They mess up my order EVERY time and it's unfortunate bc they're the only subway in Chili. They've also... overcharged me before. Check your receipts. Also, I was cut off several times when trying to order my food. Read more
Last week I was in getting lunch. And one of the kids told the manager her was going to be quitting, the manager lost it and... started yelling at him. She started cussing at the top of her lungs and throwing things at him in front of several othecustomers and my self . Then started very loudly bad mouthing him in front of the customers. This woman has no businessworking in. Management position in public restaurant. This store has gone down hill and I can see why.... Read more

Some of the more professional employees must have left, as I used to get awesome service here but lately not. Today, I tried the... drive thru. The woman working the speaker interrupted me several times, and I only had one sandwich to order so it wasn?t a longorder but I couldn?t get out more than a few words without an interruption. Then I pull up to the window and there was a KIDPLAYING behind the counter around the food!!! I don?t appreciate that at all, it?s very unprofessional and kids are notoriousfor spewing bodily fluids around everywhere they go. Then it takes several minutes before they even acknowledge me at the windowto take my card, I waited about 10 minutes total for my one sandwich and there were no other customers. Several of the employeeswere making their own salads, and one of them was just playing with the kid. Then the guy working the window shut it on my faceas I was asking a question, though he did open it back up. Then I got home to find that my sandwich wasn?t even made right, andagain it was a very simple order? I don?t know what?s going on there but it doesn?t seem like a functional business currently.Only gave two stars because of the excellent service I?ve received there in the past from a different group of employees. TERRIBLE. Don?t wear gloves, finger nails are being found in subs, don?t treat their employees right, will serve you food that... has been out of the cooler for hours the night before, don?t clean properly, reuse the same knives multiple times withoutwashing, workers will touch/rub their noses and faces THEN TOUCH YOUR FOOD without washing first.
