First time here. The food was great. Portions were generous and service was good. Will be back if in the area.
I went to the Royal Diner to check it out. I was pleasantly surprise with the choices presented in the menu, and the reasonable... pricing. I had a 1/2 rack of BBQ ribs and a piece of chocolate cake. Had the Mexican omelet. It was great. Cheese was melted just the right time when I received the meal. They bring you coffee in a... pot so that's a bonus. The bread barely had butter on it. Always loved this place. The hosts and servers are friendly and helpful. Wish they didn't play Fox "News" all the time (honestly... no news at all would be best - I'm not there to catch up on current events while eating) but the seating is nice and spacious,the interior is always clean and the food portions are huge for the price (I usually take home half my order).
