I placed an order for a gyro philly with two cheeses and an extra pita bread, sm fries, and lg onion rings. Paid $34 for no... fries nor cheese. Walk back in to inquire about the fries to be told that he didn't charge me for fries because he didn't knowthat I asked for them yet the cook made fresh fries and stated that they were for me ??????????? yet I had to pay for them again??????????? Everything about the gyro is great UNTIL you get to the tzycki sauce! IT'S TERRIBLE! ???? Come on George! Up your game here!... Dill it up! It tastes like water. Not even cucumber juice. Just horrible. Ruined my whole sandwich. Read more
I called to order an omelette wanted onion sausage green pepper & tomato the woman taking my order over the phone told me I... couldn?t order it like that and I had to know the name of the omelette I wanted I said can?t I just get any items in it and shesaid no I need to order off their menu. That don?t make sense because they can put anything into an omelette then she hung up onme. Will never call them again. My sister and I was told that only breakfast is being served and we had to order on kiosk. About 10-15 later another patron... walked in and went to the register and his order was taken.. He ordered a burger and fries. We weren?t able to order lunch.25-30 minutes later we se that the man that came in after us got his food and left. I went to inquire about our food and wastold very rudely to be patient. After that the food came after another 10 minutes with the container wide open. No one else foodwas open. We asked for a refund and was told that because the order was placed on the kiosk and she don?t know anything aboutit.. I find it hard to believe that and she works there. I then asked for a number to call to speak with someone about theservice and receiving our refund, she said she don?t have a number she is just the help.. well the help was very rude and notnice to us and I am wondering if it was because we were the only African American in there? we just want our refund. We had a great experience at the Parma Gyro George location! First of all, the inside of the restaurant has a very inviting... atmosphere and is kept very clean! I also love the fact that they serve breakfast all day! My husband always wants breakfastfood and I prefer lunch, Gyro George is the perfect solution! He loved his eggs and pancakes and I got a Gyro and fries, everybite was delicious! The service was fast and friendly! 5 Stars all the way! Read more

Online menu says mushroom omelette is $4.99. When I showed up to pick it up they charged me $7.99. The woman behind the counter... is quite rude (consistently, not a one time thing) and the coffee is terribly weak stuff. It's not clean, and the food isn'tgreat. The only thing they ever had going for them was the cheap prices, and now that isn't the case anymore either. Gyro Georgehas been going down hill for a while, and I think this is the straw that broke the camel's back. I won't be returning.
