The place was packed however the kind... cashier that took my order named ?Amy? was extremely nice and placed my order exactly the way I wanted it with out anyhesitation. Ordered 2 full size salads, what a disappointment!! Panera was one of our favorite places for salads, not any more, I could have... got a better salad at McDonald's drive thru. What happened to your fresh greens, real chicken, salads so big you couldn'tfinish them!!! Won't be coming back to Panera again, such a disappointment!! Read more
I'm a sip club member here and they're constantly out of Pepsi and diet Pepsi. Not sure who does their inventory management but... it seems pretty simple to place an order for more Pepsi and diet Pepsi syrup as soon as you have only a couple remaining. I usually never write a review but I was treated uncomfortable. I came at 8:45pm knowing they close at 9pm. That is 15 minutes,... plenty of time before they close. Numerous of people also came in after me. Two teen girls were yelling to each other ? whocomes in 10 min before we close, are you serious, they can go eat somewhere else?. I and other people heard them and honestly wefelt so uncomfortable and honestly rude. We are right next to you and hear you, why would Panera employees say that? That isterrible customer service and I haven?t been back since this happened to me. So sad. Read more
Today (6.22.2022) I had some of the BEST customer service that I have ever experienced at Panera Bread (Clifton,VA). Their... employee Jade went above and beyond her job description and showed me AWESOME customer service and all around kindness as aperson. When I went into the store it was not raining however, while picking up my order it started to down pour, I had noumbrella, and I was on my lunch break so I was on a time crunch to return to my office and I was going to run to my car in thepouring rain with two large drinking in hand and my shopping bag full of lunch for the office. Jade stopped me and said excuseme Ma'am I have an umbrella and I will walk you to your car. She went to go get her umbrella and held the umbrella solely overme and got soaked. The food is really great, and they get my order out super quick. However I wish they would fill the bowl of soup a little more... lolol. I really hate to sound like a Karen, but I did pay almost $16 for my meal, it would just be great if they filled it asmidge more. It makes me feel a little jipped. Read more
