Excellent food and service. By far the best restaurant in Clovis. I ordered a ribeye steak cooked rare with asparagus and... truffle sauce. It was perfect. My wife ordered the salmon with asparagus and fries, and that was also perfect. The flat breadappetizer was delicious. We ordered cheesecake and ice cream for dessert; and it tasted amazing. I had the fried risotto appetizer and it was wonderful. For my entree I had the shrimp and grits. The shrimp were cooked... perfectly and the grits were smokey, cheesy and very flavorful. Service was a bit slow, but probably just due to being brand new& getting the kinks worked out. Definitely recommend! Definitely will be back! Read more
Ok, so I totally get what they\'re trying to do here and I appreciate that, especially for Clovis. Unfortunately, it doesn\'t... quite hit the mark, in my opinion. The food was pretty good, not great, but it is all pretty overpriced for how small theportions are. Did we leave full, sure. But to the tune of $100 for a date night meal, I don\'t think we\'ll go back.\nOverall...The calamari was great, the rolls were boring and tasted store bought, the meals were OK and the dessert was unsatisfying. My husband and I just had our 10 year anniversary and it was so nice to get to go somewhere nicer in town to celebrate! We had... steak, lamb, and dessert with no complaints. It was all delicious and while some items are pricey it was perfect for our specialoccasion. The service was amazing and we got to talk to the owner as well! The Rails was the perrrrrrfect date night spot!! It can be fancier/pricier if you’re looking for that, but they had plenty of... less expensive items as well!! It’s the cutest place, great service, and the food and drinks were delicious!!! The bar andindoor eating was so cute! Steaks were great and so were the risotto balls and sides. We will be back!! Fine addition to Clovis! Food was excellent. Risotto balls were cooked perfectly, and very flavorful.\nThe butter chicken we... shared was probably the best I\'ve ever had. 2nd time here and this place is great! We had a large party and some said it was a bit pricy for them, but the food was worth... it. The first time I came, I got the filet and this time I got the blackened salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Read more
