WOW REALLY?? NASTY NASTY NASTY. Pictures taken and will be sent to corporate. Even charged for the wrong sanwhich and 6 dollars... for 2 nasty sodas nope. Do not go here. If you like subway there is one a few minutes from this one. Read more

Staff seems to change daily. These women that were in here today were rude beyond belief. I?ll never return. 6? sandwiches (no... combo) of the week have always been $4.99 since I?ve been coming here. Now all of a sudden it?s $6. It?s obvious they hate theirjobs. Read more

Every time i order from here on the app, they get something I'm my sandwiches wrong. They forget to add things, wrong bread,... wrong sandwich has tomatoes. The fact that it happens every time i order from here tells me the workers are doing somethingwrong. Read more

Terrible service, in particular from Cassandra. I ordered from the Subway app, only to still wait on my sandwich to be made.... There were two people in line and they still made my sandwich wrong. I ordered it with avocado so I was charged extra, I waitedfor them to make it, and they still forgot to put avocado. I drove home and come to find that it wasn?t in my sandwich so Icalled and requested a refund since 1. I had to wait for them to make it. 2. I drove home and am charged for something that Ididn?t even get. Cassandra answered the phone and was rude from the start, told me what her manager said because apparently hermanager wasn?t in, didn?t let me finish speaking, and hung up the phone. She had the nerve to say she didn?t make my sandwich soit?s not her fault. Okay, but there?s no need to be rude. I didn?t yell, I didn?t curse at her, so why did she have to behave inthat manner? Anyone following my posts will read how eager I am to point out the positives in every establishment, but sadly this Subway... receives 1 star due to appalling treatment by Muskan. (Spell?) This employee stood at the registrar, foul mouthed a customer infront of me, and when eventually rang up my purchase, stood with 1 hand on her hip as though to say "hurry up", and the otherhand outstretched to be given the payment. Most unpleasant, unprofessional and rude, in the end, she even neglected to give mea receipt. Hmmmm.... After 2 attempts at trying to reach a manager in both this store, and at the location on route 111 inIndio, I've decided to go public. This Subway is a disgrace, and I request to be contacted. Went in this morning with my coworker, a woman (Diana) was supposed to help us out. She stated that the toaster was not... working. I asked her just to microwave my sandwich. Instead of microwaving my whole meal liked I asked she wanted just tomicrowave the bread. I've worked at subway& a sandwich can be microwaved or the meat can be separated. What made us leave &drive to another store was the fact that there was no greeting, she had the most annoyed look on her face, all around hercustomer service ducked.
