Continual revolving door of terrible employees with horrible customer service skills. Between gangster wannabe who acts... personally offended at being interrupted from talking to his friends and making chicken wings to check someone out, to themiddle eastern woman who's grasp of the English language just left her stating "you pay cash" when inquiring about a lottoticket...it really leaves wondering about the hiring and training practices. Some staff members here can be rude or just seem like you are bothering them by your presence while other can be very friendly... and helpful. No gas station here but a nice coffee bar for when you're on the run. Read more
The short old woman that works in the morning is rude and looks down on everyone. I don't understand how she still works there... as its a customer service job. Yall, need to get rid of her. I frequent this 711 alot and the service is usually great and the store is always clean. They have a good staff especially in... the morning, the night shift guy is really rude but I don't let it bother me. I recommend this store for all your convenienceneeds, they have great deals and their rewards program is awesome!! Personally I like free stuff so I like shopping here. At about 7am today, I had just visited the store located at Circle and Galley. I had only been going to this location for a few... weeks because of giving a co-worker a ride home and stopping for a drink/coffee on the way. Every visit has been pleasant andthe woman working the cash register was very attentive. Even going so far as to ask if I already had my morning Red Bull. Todaywas my Starbucks white chocolate mocha day. I have never caught her name, but she's usually alone early, so most will know whoI'm talking about. 5 star visit! Read more
This place is dirty. The employees are rude. Go to a Kum and go for better service and a clean atmosphere.
