Poor customer service from your staff, especially from the on duty assistant manager. Your manager literally started an argument... with me over my 711 rewards, when I'm in your store almost daily. Parking lot full of folks having a hard time in life obviously, makes you question if you want to stop here, store is a mess,... staff doesn't speak, coffee isn't made and they have the nerves to have an attitude when you ask them to please make somecoffee. Store is fine. Parking lot is clean. Clerks were pleasant. 1 star simply because it's the only store around here that allows... bums to stand outside and harass people all day. Get rid of em and you get 5 stars.. Don't go here if you don't feel liketelling people to get outta your face. Read more
Was busy in conversation and asked for $10 cash back. Got distracted and walked away without cash. Called and they said to call... next day and talk to manager and nothing they could do. Called the manager and he said drawer wasn?t over. My fault for walkingaway. Pathetic they has to steal $10. Shame. Read more
As a Dasher, good luck getting your already ready order from the night cashiers who could've simply handed the order to me over... the counter but instead made me wait and waste my paid time standing in the corner. I had to wait for a long line of continuouscigarette addicts to die down because it's smokeaholic hour at 10pm. If they got paid based on a per order basis on a timeddelivery I bet they'd feel the same too, but here's to acting like the minimum wage you deserve! ? Read more
I'd give zero stars if I could. Theres always homeless people in front of and behind the store. Store is dirty, food we... purchased was soggy and gross. Will not return to a place that I don't feel safe to take my kids into. The employees even hangout with the homeless outside the store by the front door...Atleast that's what I've seen the SEVERAL times I've driven by.Don't waste your money, risk your safety or your personal hygiene going into this place.
