Great experience. We had the pleasure of interacting with Ms. Grace tonight. She is so kind, bubbly and great at suggestive... selling. When I asked for a sample, she was so fun and told me all about it and that is was delicious. Oh to have that sweetattitude from a young woman her age at other places would be amazing. 8-6-2022. My 10 yr old daughter wanted an ice cream. Was in line next to be served, us being the only black people in line, they... started calling white peoples behind us and served them. Some people appeared shocked. We didn?t make a scene, tired of this oldhat, just left and bought elsewhere. Read more

Ordered a cake online yesterday to be picked up today and when my friend went in to pick up the cake for me the girl that was... working was extremely rude and said that they didn?t have it. She didn?t even attempt to figure out what may have been going onlike if we were at the wrong location or what (which we weren?t) My friend went outside and contacted me and I sent her myconfirmation and bank statement that had this locations number on it and when she went back in the girl said ?I already told youwe don?t have your cake? another guy came in and my friend explained what was going on and it took him less than 5 seconds to goget the cake from the freezer. I came into the store to order 2 choc shakes and the worker replied ?really, 2 shakes?. Then was completely annoyed because I... ordered 2 more ice creams. I visited the Stetson Hills Baskin Robins to request a custom cake for my daughters 14th birthday. I had a few pictures that I... asked to be included of our two cats. As many, our family has also had a very difficult year and this cake was not only abirthday cake but also a symbol of hope and joy and encouragement. Kenzy was the cake artist who created such an absolutelyperfect cake for our daughter, I actually cried at how perfect it was for our needs. We will always order any cakes that weneed from this Baskin Robins and request Kenzy. This girl is not only a gifted artist but a lovely person. Absolutely loved the cake that was made for my sons' birthdays. I had his 4th & 5th Birthday cakes made by the same place and... location. Happy with how they both turned out. Will most definitely be going back for his 6th birthday cake. Also go to thislocation for Ice cream dates with my son. I would recommend this location to others. Read more
