Best BBQ in town (and probably best BBQ I?ve ever had and I?ve had a lot!). Great options for meat entrees with sides. The only reason I am not giving Bird Dogs 5 starts is due to the lack of air conditioning, otherwise I would have given them 5... stars. It was so hot it was hotter inside than outside and it was 85° outside. The food was delicious. I tried the Shotgun Spudwith Brisket and Mac & Cheese. Service was honest and friendly. It didn't seem smoked, it tasted like it was cooked in a crock potwith no spices. Mac and cheese wasn't desirable. Boxed Great Value Mac and cheese is better. The beans were the only thing thatmade it worth my time to put the food in my mouth. First time trying, will not recommend or try again.
