Ordered and had delivered through Door Dash. The restaurant forgot my hot BBQ sauce, so I had half a pound of room temperature... pulled pork with no sauce on it. Tasted relatively plain. It didn't seem smoked, it tasted like it was cooked in a crock potwith no spices. Mac and cheese wasn't desirable. Boxed Great Value Mac and cheese is better. The beans were the only thing thatmade it worth my time to put the food in my mouth. First time trying, will not recommend or try again. Always good food here. The people who work there are very good at what they do and keep the line moving even when they're busy.... They even carried it out to my car for me when they saw me walking with a cane. Excellent fried okra and cobbler. Brisket wasdecent. Sausages were good. Read more

Best BBQ in town (and probably best BBQ I?ve ever had and I?ve had a lot!). Great options for meat entrees with sides. I... typically get the 1/4 pound option with two sides and a drink and it fills me up. The meat is juicy, the sauces are excellent,the sides are a generous helping, and the staff are so nice. The only reason I am not giving Bird Dogs 5 starts is due to the lack of air conditioning, otherwise I would have given them 5... stars. It was so hot it was hotter inside than outside and it was 85° outside. The food was delicious. I tried the Shotgun Spudwith Brisket and Mac & Cheese. Service was honest and friendly. Started at Dickeys with the worst experience; cold food, small ribs etc so we left and went to Bird dog and it was a complete... 180. Amazing service at Bird Dog with huge ribs and hot food. Will always come back to Bird Dog!! Read more

Overall food was delicious. The brisket and ribs had a great smokey flavor as it should. I had the baked beans as a side and... those were also delicious, and I grade baked beans hard. Their spicy BBQ sauce is great for dipping and smothering. They wereout of chicken and sausage but I'll dove onto that next time. We showed up a little late on the evening. Read more

I definitely recommend! The meats are nicely smoked and I really liked their sauce as well. This place has set the bar for BBQ,... so far in Colorado Springs (recently moved here).
