1st SUPER GREAT SERVICE. Waitress was amazing, super nice and knew the menu. My friend asked for something and she advised dish... that had everything he was asking. Very big plates. A lot of variety of food. Everything tastes great. I got the BreakfastSlider: patty sausage with omelet, cheese and bread and sides with shredded hash brown and their gravy was AMAZING. Busy andserved fast, nice environment. If I could give 1 more star I would. 2nd time: our waiter was from another world. We asked tosit outside and we sat wherever we wanted and the waiter advised us to move because the sun was going to hit us at some point.The waiter was quick and he even told us ?I don?t know if you knew, but the biscuit you can change it for ?? he started listingso much that I got lost. SUPER TIP for the food. He blew my mind. He advised things of the menu. I wish I would?ve gotten hisname. I went Sunday around 1 and we sat outside. I?m picky with my coffee and the coffee was great! And the food as always wasamazing. He also asked me if my Service Dog needed water. Yet again, if I could add another star ?? apart from the one I addedabout 7/ 10. This is the most over rated, worst service restaurant I've been to in a long time. Me and my wife went out for Sunday breakfast,... we found this great place, it has great reviews, but it sure was a disappointment. The wait was 47-60 minutes, but only took 30minutes to get in, they tried to seat us at the worst table, but luckily about 1/3 of the tables were empty inside so we wereable to move to a better spot. After we ordered, we sat for about 15 minutes with empty coffee before we were offered a refill, then about another 15 minutes past, mind you we only ordered an omelet and corned beef hash with scambled eggs for our meals, wewere still trying to be patient and decided to ask about their cute mugs that say "black bear diner" on them. They told us theycould check if they had any if we wanted to buy one, so I said yeah I want one. They told me they were 14.99 which is rediculousfor a coffee mug, even a souvenir one, but I decided to go ahead and get it so they brought me the bag, and they told me itwould be ring up on my bill. Then the server comes by and hands me the bill, now I still haven't even gotten our food. I toldour server that we hadn't even been served our food yet. He said he knew and that they were putting them in To go boxes, becausethe hostess said we had told her we needed to go. We never said that once. So the server said it was a mix up and he'll fix it,then turned around and started taking the people's behind us orders and we saw our food brought up to the front. In total wewere there for an hour and a half had no food, expected to pay before we ate, and we're completely disregarded. Don't go hereever, it feels like a tourist trap. Read more

Came with family and asked for a table for six. They informed me it would take about 30 minutes as they were busy, but we only... waited for about 10-15 minutes. All the staff were incredibly nice and the service was wonderful. Drinks were refilled withoutbeing asked and the food was amazing. I can eat, but even I took my leftovers. An absolutely wonderful experience! The server was super sweet and attentive. She told us stories, made recommendation and even... threw a free biscuit because I couldn?t decide between a pancake or the biscuit. Everything tasted delicious. The coloradoomelette was filled and topped with ham, cheese, peppers and onions. It was huge! The veggies were sautéed golden and the hamwas tender. The pancake was large, fluffy and creamy. It was simple, but done perfectly. The pancake was very large aswell. The biscuit was gigantic! Probably the biggest biscuit I have ever had, and it was phenomenal! Overall, I loved thisplace. Excellent customer service! The food was really good. Chili is thick, no need for crackers unless you want to use the chili as... a dip! Loved the experience, but there was a 20 minute wait. Very unique place. I have already went back and had breakfast! Not pictured were biscuits and gravy, eggs and bacon. Biscuits are HUGE! Couldn't even finish my biscuits! Highly recommend! Read more
