My husband loves this place so we went for lunch. He loved his 3 meat plate with baked beans. I had the burnt ends combo. The... burnt ends were pretty good. Not the best I've had but still yummy. Do not get the steak fries. Mine were fried within an inchof not being recognizable and impossible to eat. The folks working were super friendly. I'd eat here again if I am in the moodfor BBQ. We had broken bones Carter our wedding two weekends ago and they were amazing. We mostly worked with Ryan and Randy and they... both did such an awesome job. Our family and friends loved the food. Even a few were from Texas and said the brisket was some ofthe best they had. They were super professional and attentive. Highly would recommend them for your wedding / catering needs! Read more

The service staff was really nice. The Mac was very cheesy and delicious. My bun was burnt unfortunately on my sandwich. I liked... how they had turkey and chicken as options. They also have a wide variety of sauces. Read more

We had Broken Bones cater our wedding reception picnic. The catering staff was so helpful and responsive. Jen walked me through... all the options and pricing on the phone until we reached the perfect combo. The delivery was seamless and the warming box keptthe second servings at the perfect temp. The food itself was incredible, everyone was asking where we got it from. 5/5 stars, amazing service and food!!! Read more

We used to really enjoy coming here but lately the quality has gone downhill. Last time my bun on my sandwich was really soggy... when I got it. This time, my chicken was mostly fat which makes me want to gag, the okra had no flavor, and the Texas toast isjust grilled bread with no butter or seasoning. The cobbler is just pie filling heated up with a very thin soggy crust. We weredisappointed. Sadly won?t be returning. Read more

We have been wanting to try this place and finally got the chance to order takeout. We ordered the two meat plate (one brisket... and ribs and the other smoked turkey and brisket). The meat was pretty good but the portion sizes were pretty small (for example3 ribs and maybe 4oz of brisket?). The coleslaw wasn?t really edible. At first we thought it was just a recipe we?ve not tried, but then decided maybe it was spoiled?..not sure on that one. The Mac and cheese was OK, but not our favorite. Read more

We are looking for awesome BBQ in the Springs area and were hopeful this restaurant would be our new go-to for BBQ away from... home. Overall, I would eat here again but I am also interested in comparing this location to the other one in Monument. Iordered the 2 Meat Plate with Pulled Pork and Brisket (all meats here are Gluten Free). The Pulled Pork had a soft texture to itthat felt more like eating pulled chicken and little to no smoke flavor. The brisket was tender and pulled apart easily with afork. It had a clear smoke ring and dark bark. The look and feel of the brisket did not match the taste. Again, I could nottaste any smoke flavor, black pepper or salt. The side dish I ordered was the baked beans (Gluten free) and I asked to skip thebread (not Gluten free). The baked beans were by far the best thing I had. They had a smoky, sweet flavor in the sauce that wasbalanced by the savory texture and flavor of the beans. My husband ordered the 2 Meat Plate with Brisket and Spicy Sausage. Hisside item was fries (more like large potato wedges) and bread. When I asked him to describe his food he said "Meh.". He had thesame opinion of the Brisket, the sausage had good flavor but not a lot of heat, the fries were under seasoned and the bread wasa little too charred on one side and not charred enough on the other.
