Today I stopped by to get dinner for the family. I witnessed that they were short staffed. I also witnessed a staff member help... a young lady customer who was having a seizure. He was so very calm, helpful, and compassionate with her. I have a daughter withepilepsy and it melted my heart to see him be so amazing to her. He even took the time to educate other patrons about seizureswhen they had questions. I'll definitely be coming back here more often. I also apologize for the inconsiderate customer who wasso rude that she had to wait for her hush puppies while this man was very well handling a medical emergency. He deserves araise!!! Read more

Normally I love coming here. But last time my family and I came, our fish was way over fried.. It wasn't warm at all. Also, the... girl was just chit chatting away. There was 2 young girls and a guy working there that day. And they were just on their phone.They were also taking a while to help people through the drive through. You were able to hear them say "Sorry about the wait,how can I assist you." Normally this is a great place to come in and eat. But this past experience sucked.! Read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I waited in drive thru for over an hour .. I was stuck..people in front and behind... When I... got to the window she gave me the wrong order and I gave it back to her...then she read out my correct order off the receipt shehad and said the bag she was handing me was right this time ....I get home and I'm missing the sides and I got one wrong box....Also, the shrimp were not cooked fully and the meals look completely sad... Waited 30 minutes and then was told my order hadn't been started yet. There were customers before me and all had been waiting... for quite sometime for their food as well. Every customer had something wrong with their order. It appeared the kitchen staffdidn't care about reading the food orders correctly and was focused on other personal issues / outside of the tickets on thecustomer wheel needing their undivided attention. All of the customers were talking to each other how bad service was. I won'tbe back. Years ago, it was a great location. Horrible now. Read more

It was my First time eating at Captain D?s. Everything was delicious. The lobster rolls are the best thing and especially the... fries? so bomb best fires ever. Read more

The staff was very friendly and helpful ,kudos to them ..the food was ok ,I felt like it was way over priced , restaurant wasnt... very clean .. but like I said the staff made up for it in being nice Read more

Omg... So slow! I thought this was supposed to be a fast food place. Don't go there on lunch if you need to get back to work at... a certain time... You won't make it and could possibly lose your job... That's how slow they are. They literally took only oneorder at a time, filled it, then took the order of the next person in line... This was the drive thru! Seriously ridiculous howlong I sat in line to get lunch. Like 45 minutes, maybe more. Read more

Food was good..they cooked my catfish fresh so it took a little longer! But the cook apologize for taking so long. That was so... cool!!! Just one thing I need sanitizer on my hands if you have that available!! Read more
