They do however need to figure something out, there are not enough employees to handle the rush... and the ones they do have (from what I observed) were messing around instead of helping customers. I love chick fil a and tend to eat there at least once a week... The food is always fast, hot and delicious... But this time I... am so disappointed... It was my sons birthday ...so I treated my whole family to chicken sandwiches and fries... All 7 of my fryorders were large...but every single one was barely over half full... So I paid for large fries and got medium size... Come on,you can do better than that... I have eaten here for so long I expect better... Read more
I have no idea how I can go to every other Chick-fil-A in the city and it's absolutely amazing with no issues. However, every... time I come to the Chick-fil-A here on South Nevada it's like going to the worst rated McDonald's because my orders alwaysmessed up or not well put together. For instance, I just got a breakfast sandwich today in the entire top part of the biscuit iscompletely shredded apart to where I actually would have to hang on to the egg and cheese in order to still be able to eat itlike a sandwich. The quality, management, customer service is rough at best for this franchise. Read more
