This smash burger location and the quality of food served to people has consistently worsened over the last two months. My... husband and have gone there every Friday night for the last couple years since it opened and spent close to 40$ every visit. Thewait is longer and the food is terrible. Three weeks in a row we have had issues with our orders. I had to park after realizingthey gave me the wrong burger initially after waiting 40 minutes. I went back in to tell them and they grabbed another whichlooked close to mine and handed it to me. I just arrived home after ordering a double bacon avocado club to realize I have onepatty and no avocado. My husbands burger looks like a 4 year old made it or like it was made and thrown against the wall thenwrapped up. Our tater tots are soggy and dripping with oil. I called the restaurant 10x with no answer. Smash burger will nolonger get our consistent loyal business. Unacceptable. Read more
Good Colorado burger, but a 20 oz drink for $3.09 is a robbery. The drink is the size of a Small drink at any other fast food.... Shame on you. I wasn?t even allowed to refill it myself so I didn?t bother asking the staff. The funny part was, the kid neverasked me what I wanted to drink and brought me a coke. The food saved this review! I love Smashburger. Always try to eat there when one is near. This was our first visit to this... Smashburger. I was initially disappointed with how messy the inside of the restaurant was. I was disappointed that the personworking at the counter could not understand me. This was not a few words here and there, she could not understand anything Iwas saying. With the help of another, she finally was able to take my order. Sadly, the soda machine was broken! I had to paymore for a non-refillable drink. How convenient. Food arrived in a decent time and it was delicious!
