Our experience at this Chilis was fantastic! Our server- Sam- was great! We hadn?t been to a Chilis in a while so he went... through it a bit with us. We were going to order 2 entrees to share but he warned us how big the Bacon Avocado Grilled ChickenSandwich was, and we so appreciated that! If we had ordered more food, we would have wasted money and food as that sandwich isincredibly delicious and filling (and gigantic!). Read more
Good service and delicious food but loooong (1h) wait on a Sunday for lunch.
This was the worse experience I?ve ever had at a restaurant. My kids and I order over $90 worth of food and was served last... after people who came after us. I order steak medium well and it came out rare. My son had burned nachos that he didn?t eat, butthey still try to charge me for them. My daughter had a steak dinner with steam broccoli the broccoli was raw as well notsteamed or cooked at all. I never got my Margarita I order, and my son never got his dessert that we order. The only reason theydeserve one star instead of less is because of the host that seated us. She was very nice but everyone else was not. Verydisappointed. Read more
I normally love Chillies, but this location was horrible!! Hostess sat me fast. Only 4 tables had others sat in whole... restaurant. Most of the staff was sitting at the bar!! I waitting for 15min. an had to ask to get someone to take my order,just for something to drink! When I got my burger it was burnt to a crisp!!! Then it was also cold, lifted top off an it wasgross don't know what they had on it!! Read more
This is the nicest Chili?s I?ve ever been to. Everything from the floor to the booths to the tables themselves look new and... streamlined. It?s so nice and clean (especially compared to the Chili?s up where we live). The night we came in they were shortstaffed but the service was still incredible. Our server was attentive and the food came out quickly which was great as webrought the baby with us and she isn?t always happy when we go out to eat. Read more
Sam the bartender is amazing. The good came out very fast and was fresh. Ate here twice. I wasn't disappointed. However I feel... like if your not going to have Sam wait on you then your dining experience might not be the same. Quality and cleanliness wereon point. Price as expected. Again it's about the people that serve you and the people cook for you that make it a 5 star.Hopefully you get them when you come. Read more
Excellent food and service. Came in close to 9pm on Tuesday and did not expect much. Promptly greeted. Our drinks as well as... our chips and salsa were replaced before we even thought to ask. The food came out within 10 minutes of ordering. Delicous. The buns soft but also toasted. Lots of toppings. I highly reccomend the buffalo chicken sandwich and the oldtimers burger.Also plenty of fries. Can't wait to go back. Read more
We tried to eat here. Walked in and waited while two employees were talking. Then we were told that there were people ahead of... us they had to help and they walked over to others that were sitting down. They had been waiting for the employees to quitgabbing also. We had a group of 6 and was told it would be 30-45 minutes although half of the tables were open. Asked to sit atthe bar and was told that it would still require a waitress so no. We decided to go to Colorado Mountain Brewery and was so gladwe did. The employees greeted us warmly over there and food was good. Too bad Chili's didn't want our business that bad. Read more
