Online buyers beware: don?t use this location. I?ve ordered from this location using the app and received an incorrect order... multiple different times now. The most recent time, 3/4 entrees within my group order were incorrect with very obvious andcareless mistakes (missing meat, missing guac, etc.). Every other Chipotle I?ve ordered from using the app never has this issue.I?ve gone back in to receive my (correctly) re-made food and noticed there?s a bunch of kids working there, so no surprise Iguess. Choose the location at University Village or walk in to make sure the food is made correctly would be my advice. Thislocation needs to hire more experienced/tentative employees, unfortunately. Food is very good fresh and always hot downside is when you get into the lobby it's very cold and food gets cold pretty quick... plus the service is always great. Read more

Daughter wanted a quesadilla so I went to this Chipotles. . . I walked in at 8:46pm and there were no customers in line. Saw... the "outage" notice describing that their quesadilla machine isn't working . . . still?. . . It's been dysfunctional for weeks,maybe over a month now. I asked if he could make me one of the simple large tortilla with melted cheese - old school, with thefoil, like they have done for ages and he refused, saying "We haven't made those in 2 years". The other Chipotle stores stillmake them . . . just not this one for some reason. If you want a quesadilla from this store, it's not going to happen any timesoon. Ordered a steak burrito and got a mouth full of gristle in every single bite. It was disgusting low-quality meat that I couldn't... even chew through. I guess their response to inflation is to cook with scraps from the butcher shop and call it "steak." Nevergoing back. Read more

Freshly prepared ingredients. We had a double steak burrito with guacamole. Our Fat Tire craft beer was ice cold and refreshing... with the salty tortilla chips. The food is okay and going through the line is fairly quick. However, the seating is terrible and the interior is very stark... looking. I've never seen such uncomfortable seats and tables. If you try this place, I suggest you take your order to go and noteat inside. Also, the restrooms are small so only one person can use them at a time. This means the door is often locked whenyou try to enter. You will have to just stand there and wait for the person to come out. ???? Read more

Solid Chipotle location. It?s clean and quite spacious for Covid social distancing seating, indoors and outdoors. However, I... will admit the service was not incredible as usual. The staff are great but there was a bit of confusion with some of my group?sorders like missing ingredients or repeated questions. It is not huge deal and I do not blame the staff. We were far away andthe masks really muffled our voices. And also, the lack of hot sauces like Tabasco kind of disappointed me.
