Had a bid of bad luck with the guacamole at this location the past couple times. Last time it was completely bland, not even... salted, tasted like plain avocado. This time there was a giant hunk of unripe avocado in it and little bits of the rind, whichwere rock hard. Could've broken a tooth! my bowl was literally a soup and Ashley at the counter refused to remake it and said i should have gotten rice. Ashley, i have... been getting the same exact thing for 6 years. i know how my food is supposed to look. smells really off as well and soakedthrough the cardboard completely. literally dripping when i picked it up out of the bag. this is just one side of the bowl wherethe liquid accumulated. the franchise manager needs to get ahold of this staff. first orders are up to an hour late, now theyare serving soup and being rude. very confused how these people get $18 an hour for this. the only good part of this experiencewas the automated customer support bot who gave me a refund quickly.the customer support bot did a better job than any employeeat this location.
