Had a bid of bad luck with the guacamole at this location the past couple times. Last time it was completely bland, not even... salted, tasted like plain avocado. This time there was a giant hunk of unripe avocado in it and little bits of the rind, whichwere rock hard. Could've broken a tooth! my bowl was literally a soup and Ashley at the counter refused to remake it and said i should have gotten rice. Ashley, i have... been getting the same exact thing for 6 years. i know how my food is supposed to look. smells really off as well and soakedthrough the cardboard completely. literally dripping when i picked it up out of the bag. this is just one side of the bowl wherethe liquid accumulated. the franchise manager needs to get ahold of this staff. first orders are up to an hour late, now theyare serving soup and being rude. very confused how these people get $18 an hour for this. the only good part of this experiencewas the automated customer support bot who gave me a refund quickly.the customer support bot did a better job than any employeeat this location. I really like Chipotle. But, this store in particular needs to be restructured from the ground up. They need to restaff and... hire more people or offer a much higher wage to retain employees. I came through on a weeknight and one poor woman is assemblingorders for the ENTIRE STORE. I think that is wrong, and a complete failure at the management level. This beautiful soul told methey were ?online only? and could not take an order over the counter because none of the staff showed up and the cashier wasgone, too. There was one employee for the front, and one employee for the back. Anyway - here?s my smaller than normal burritobowl. The store ran out of fajita veggies and it seemed that the chips were also very old. I never order online because theportions are always so significantly smaller and that played out to be true, tonight. So many things are wrong with myexperience here tonight. It is my hope that the owner or branch manager reads this and seriously reconsiders who they haveallowed to manage this store. Additionally, the two employees who showed up to work night shift on 3-16 need a raise. Becausethe working conditions that took place tonight are unacceptable and I don?t believe the brand as a whole would allow this storeto remain open if these practices continue. Read more

Worst-slow Chipotle ever? so understaffed thag they dont even have a person working for online order? places pick up order ahead... of time and waited 30+ Min to pick up this order. Usually my only gripe, which isn't voiced are the stale chips. One time, over the many trips taken to Chipotle i received... uncooked rice in my burrito. They did give me another burrito at my next trip tho. Great eats, generous portions and awesomestaff. Great music, clean atmosphere. Do enjoy! Read more
