I have ordered many times online or through the app. And because Chipotle forces you to have your order made and delivered from... the "nearest" location to you, this is the store I typically get my orders from. This store is highly consistent in eithermessing up my order via 1) Giving me someone else's order, 2) not giving me the extra protein that I paid for, or 3) giving mea totally different protein than what I had actually paid for or 4) heavily skimping on the portions. At times, there's acombination of the 4 issues, but thankfully not a combo of all 4. When I've visited other locations in person, I don't seem tohave that problem. Probably because I'm watching them make my order instead of trusting them to just get a simple order right. Ireally wish Chipotle would allow delivery to be done from other locations instead of forcing one to repeatedly order from astore that seemingly always messes up your order. Don't get me wrong, I do love Chipotle burritos, but this store...deservesless than 1 star for the consistent problems and issues they have, and how umpteen amounts of feedback (supposedly passed on bytheir phone customer service reps) have amounted to no improvements in their service whatsoever. Same food quality as other locations. Which is typically good. If you want to pay for anything above a few shreds of cheese,... come to this location. They give a skimpy portion on cheese then charge for extra cheese. This is the ONLY location in town thatis charging for extra cheese. Read more

Yikes. This location needs help. We went last night and the lady serving the food was really rude. It was not even 8 and she... wouldn?t let us have guac (said it was reserved for online orders only), they were completely out of brown rice, forks, napkins,and the counter was a mess. We stood at the front for quite a while to ask for forks before anyone bothered to even notice us,until the lady serving food VERY rudely asked ?can I help you with something?!?Wow. The chicken was full of cartilage. Everytime we?ve visited with location, they?ve been super slow for online orders especially, and just generally a disorganized mess.Will be avoiding this location from now on. Read more

Possibly one of the worst pickup experiences out there for Doordash orders. Usually they are pretty good, but the guy at the... counter today was both rude and unhelpful. Asked me three times for the names, two out if three times did nothing with thatinformation, just asked to make it seem like they were actually working on the order. Will definitely be avoiding thisrestaurant in the future during any time when it?s even a little busy. Chipotle is outdated and overrated. I just discovered they don't even take calls from customers anymore. That represents a new... level of laziness. I'd rather a tasty taco truck like Huevones. They're all cheaper and higher quality ingredients and bettermeat. I'll probably eat Chipotle again but in 2022 I'm like...why? Not to mention all other companies, accept calls. Read more

I've always really enjoyed Chipotle, but listen to the other reviews like I should have. This one is just...tragic. We ordered... on doordash, and one came correctly. But unfortunately one bowl came light on food, no salsa, wrong rice, wrong meat. Probablybest to go to a different Chipotle if you've really got a craving for it. Read more

This is easily the worst Chipotle in Colorado Springs. Went today and got there at 10:45 which is when they open. Waited for 10... minutes for them to unlock the door at 10:55. I walk up to the counter after waiting and they say, ?it?s gonna be a while, weare still making the rice?. Why couldn?t you just tell me at the door after I walked in? Left and went somewhere else.
