Waited in line for 15 minutes. Went to order and was told they were out of the garlic guajillo steak and the kid told us he... thought they were making more but he wasn't sure. We asked how long he said he didn't know might be a while. Ordered somethingelse and then they put more out. No one wanted to help or talked to us see if they could help. Guacamole tasted horrible, sodain machine were all out except a couple and the place was dirty. Worst experience ever. This is not the first time at thisstore we have had horrible food and service. Amazing staff but why does chipotle charge me $9 for a bowl with nothing in it??? When did cheese go from one free scoops then... ($0.50) for extra scoops to this ($1.70) for every scoop? I won?t be returning to any of their locations anymore? no wonder itwas empty? Read more

I won't go to any other Chipotle in town after my experience. Fresh stock for the dinner rush, full staff, and the place is... spotless - even the bathroom! Chipotle has been a miss for me since the pandemic - lack of food preparation, short staff andfood doesn't taste as great. This place crushed it. Read more

We ordered 4 different burritos and 2 had too much guacamole and 2 lacked any at all! 1 had no sauce and 1 had hot when it was... suppose to be mild. I came 5 min late for pick up and still had to wait 20 more min for my order to be made. I think I beheading to Qdoba the next time! Read more

Saturday, 9/2/21. Came in around 7:45. Sat in line for a few no biggie. Get to order. Staff really short on everything. Had to... ask for double or more to feel like it was worth the $10+ dollars a burrito. About checked out the lady rolling the burritosneeds to quit her day job. Absolute mess order a bowl next time. Then the cashier drops my burrito and tells the others we needto remake this. First Lady questions do we really need to remake it. then cops an attitude with said cashier. They re make itafter. Then short me, rice, meat. for the re made burrito i paid extra cause it was double on the first burrito. All around nota good experience used to be my favorite chipotle. And the better locations in Colorado Springs. Read more

Disappointed, I ordered online to pick up. They were busy, no problem. Order was 15 minutes past the scheduled time. Again no... big deal. Got my order and headed home. Opened it up and it was the first time I've been to Chipotle and did not get a fullbowl... Every time I've ordered in person, they fill up the bowl. I'm disappointed because the quality and concern was lesswithout the customer standing there... That was the least amount of food I've ever received from Chipotle. Read more
