The kindest Owners In the world. Last night my girlfriend and I ordered late (sorry).The owner not only took the order (he... didn't have to) but made our food fresh! This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. We arrived when there were no other customers. 5 other groups came... in after us, and not only ordered before us but got their food before us as well. Multiple times we tried to get the waitress'sattention and she ignored us. Because we were not talked to at all, we didn't know where to get a menu. We were not even givenone when we arrived. We saw paper menus that said "dine in, delivery, and to go" and thought those were right. The waitressnever came over and told us they were wrong. Instead, she finally came to get our order (after 45 minutes) and was incrediblyrude. I asked if I could get anything to replace the rice because I wouldn't be getting rice and she snapped back saying "wedon't so that." My husband asked for one of our meals to be to go because our brother would need to leave soon. She literallyignored him. No acknowledgement. Then, she got my father in laws order and he didn't care what kind of soup so he said "justwhatever's best and easiest". This was met with a deep sigh and eye roll. My husband asked if we had done something to offendher and she said "you got the wrong menu". And we told her that we tried to get her attention but she ignored us and she justgoes "ask for menu" and walked away. At no point, did she come to check on us. She didn't bring our our to go food until weasked, when she brought everyone else's food but nothing for him. She started to get an attitude and then my husbandrespectfully said "I asked when I was ordering" and she apparently then remembered that she kind of ignored him and said "samemeal as you". THE ONLY REASON I EVEN GAVE ONE STAR was because the food was fresh and tasted good. My brother in law said thiswas not the first time he's had a terrible experience with this lady, and he said that the food today was the freshest he's everhad here. Well, I've been here two or three times now to pick up orders for delivery. This is what we call a slow restaurant. The orders... ashtrays seem to come out at just 20 - 30 minutes late if not longer. There isn't enough room for everyone to wait inside fortheir orders to be brought out from the kitchen and there's a very annoying "doorbell" that seems to chime constantly. To top itoff the only lady that I've ever seen working the front of their store cones across as rude and impatient as if customers are aninconvenience to her. My experience was good at the Coal Mine Dragon restaurant! I’m giving this place a four because the service was excellent and... our waitress new exactly how to help us out when it came to ordering. The food was good, my food was a little too fried for mytaste, but my friends Lo Leon tasted great! I would say be wary of what you order. The price range was kind of high for tastevalue but great price for the amount of food on the plate. Over all I would probably come back!! Read more
