Came to the drive thru a few mins past 8pm on a Saturday night. Ordered a deluxe, side of cheese curds and asked for a side of... ranch. Not only didn't I get the ranch but my burger was close to burnt. As in the meat scratched my mouth. Poor service. Don'tcome here during this day or time. Clearly the quality control is lacking. I don't like to be negative & I don't like to leave negative reviews, But - this Culver's was a very negative experience, a... fiasco, a terrible first time experience. The employee taking the orders we could not understand, perhaps it was the com systemspeaker, maybe she needed to speak clearer. We drove up to the window to place our order and then we pulled up to wait. When ourorder was handed to us, we looked through it & discovered that there were items missing, including my malt. My friend wentinside & sorted that out. He came back to the car & we checked our order & we were still missing his french fries! So, he goesback inside & the manager is standing around, unconcerned & unmotivated to help!! My friend retrieved his fries & we were out ofthere. There is no excuse for this & no reason that the manager wouldn't intervene & ensure Customer Satisfaction! We won'treturn to this location & I will instead go to Captain D's when I want fish & Wendy's when I want hamburgers, chicken sandwichesand those revered fries ???? ????! Read more
The staff was extremely kind for starters. I ordered a double butter burger and a spicy chicken sandwhich. Definately enjoyed... it, but it was the Reese's Shake that was the favorite. Read more
We stopped and we ate till we dropped. The amazing double Butter Burger with fries and drink - and friendly and caring... professional staff. Great summer time patio, very sanitary facilities, and amazing milk shakes for sure. A fan favorite andour kids never want to leave. Read more
Super upset! Got to the restaurant at 9:30, placed our order and was told to pull up to a line and wait. At 9:50 the lady in the... pic comes up to our car and asks what we ordered again. At 10:05 we still had not received anything and saw at least 6 cars gettheir food before us. We backed up to the window to ask for our food and the lady in the pic says, as she closes the window, ohI forgot their ice cream. We talked to the manager Georgiana and she said it is either your money or your ice cream. We got ourfood and as they handed us our 2 concrete mixers that we ordered and they were laughing about what had happened. Superunprofessional, rude and they should have given us our money back for making us wait for 40 minutes for our concrete mixers,forgetting about us and laughing about it. NOT HAPPY. Read more
Very dirty and they had no ice. The burgers are just ok, same for the fries and cheese curds that always taste like they needed... a few more minutes to get actually melted inside. The custards are good though. Read more
We ordered our food at the drive through at 5:57 pm and didn?t receive it until 6:21 pm!!! It took them 24 minutes to bring our... food as many cars that ordered minutes after us were served way before us. All our custard was melted and food was FAR fromfresh. Just a disappointing experience. Read more
I had the jumbo fish, my husband had the Swiss burger and of course we both had chocolate malts. Amazing food! The shrimp was... fries to perfection with no grease running off it! And the malts are to die for! My husband also really liked his burger. Defcoming back@ Read more
