This Dominos and their staff always comes through for us! We order quite frequently and they have only once made an error to our... order- only because there was a problem with their online ordering system. To the person who told me "I have to go close the store now. " I know it was close to closing when I ordered, I know it was... close to my house. What you don't know is you served a woman who has been dealing with chronic pain for the last 12 years andhas had bronchitis the last 2 weeks (no I'm not contagious). What you didn't know is with being sick and medications my body hasbeen killing me the last few days. What you didn't know was the only energy I had was used to order the pizza you delivered.What you didn't know was you helped a woman eat instead of going to bed Hungry again because I can't physically cook. I had a really long day at work and saw I had rewards on my account for a pizza. Hadn?t eaten all day. The order kept giving me... an error message after 20 minutes of trying so I called this location and asked about it they said on the phone the managerwould help me when I got there and they would get the pizza started right away. The older guy at the front counter yelled at mefor asking about the rewards so I paid for my pizza and left. I work in the service industry and would never shout at a customeror try to make them cry so I?m upset why my patience was returned with such a rude attitude. I order from this Domino's all the time... This order was running longer than normal, but I didn't think anything of it. When I... came in after I got the order complete notification, I noticed my order was sitting at the end of the oven with a bunch of otherthings not ready. Again I didn't think anything of it and waited for them to box it and left. Once I got home, I noticed it wasnot only burnt, but it was also cold... I got 3 things and all I them were like that. I ordered and received a burnt pizza I called immediately and the girl was helpful and understanding. According to the app it... shows who made it ( Alex) and show a quality check! Apparently, it was done no was my last pizza I ordered last week it wasmissing the mushrooms. I am going to visit another domino?s this one misses steps and I really don?t care for burnt pizza! This Dominos always makes my food fresh and has it delivered extremely fast. The workers there are super friendly and always... courteous to me. They delivered my food when there was snow on the roads and my car was unavailable and they got it here in notime after I placed it.
