This location has gone downhill. Today they said they only accept cash or you must order through the app if you wish to pay with... card. Gave us the incorrect donuts which were hard as rocks! and the coffee I ordered was pretty much all milk, it was whitewith a few pumps of syrup ???? the staff is a hit or miss some days they are kind and others they are snappy and rude and intheir phones. I ordered turkey sausage on an English muffin for my wife. They gave me one with egg and cheese, which she cannot eat. I went... back to purchase a plain one and they weren't serving hot food. It has been 15 minutes so far. There are very few customershere. 6 people have left. Read more
Team members are rude and why is it so hard to put a donut in a bag? If they have icing on them, have some common sense and... don't put that side down or use a box or just quit your job because you're worthless. Also, stop having cars pull forward. Justbecause you don't want to get docked on your service time, just be more efficient. Read more
Went inside this morning as drive thru line was super long and not moving. I was 2nd person in line to order at register and... still took close to 10 minutes as gal running register didn't seem to know what she was doing. When I got to her to order, therewas zero customer service given. I was not greeted, smiled at, told hello or even apologized for the wait. She stared at mewaiting for my order. When I started to order she raised her finger at me to slow down as she couldnt figure out how to enter myitems. Finally ordered, received my donut first, then munchkins next, then waited another 10 minutes to receive my breakfastsandwich. They just say the food or drink item name so everybody waiting is confused instead on giving customers numbers or namefor their order. All staff inside this morning had zero smiles or personality and absolutely no customer service skills. Itsquite depressing to even provide them with business. This Dunkin' has been a lifesaver this week for me! I am working temporarily at a location nearby and Dunkin' has saved my work... day with food and coffee. I have been here every single day this week and every employee I have encountered has been sowelcoming and sweet. I had an employee help me with a technical question about their app since the only option for theirlocation was drive thru and the walk in option wasn't available. She told me it should be but since walk in isn't available onthe app, I can just select drive thru and still walk in. Perfect! I was able to get my 100 bonus points for ordering on the appthis past Monday! I know it's only Aug but I am in LOVE with their pumpkin cream cold brew and I am also so giddy about howmuch pumpkin cream they put in my cold brew!! It was probably 1/3 pumpkin cream and I couldn't be happier especially since otherlocations seem to just put a little dollop on top. Read more
Very Disappointed! My whole family went to this Dunkin? Donuts this morning for breakfast. I ordered French crawler donuts and... when I got home I realized that they were made yesterday and we?re hard as a rock and the icing on there looks disgusting. Theywere non-edible I couldn?t even feed them to my daughter. We ordered hashbrowns they were burnt to a crisp those weren?t evenedible as well and the two turkey sausage sandwiches that we ordered were cold. Would NOT recommend going there if you arehungry. This Dunkin location is CONSISTENTLY terrible. From Ohio so there Dunkin was my go to. This is the only location that is... convenient for me, and I will not be returning. The inconsistency of drinks, service, lack of options, time it takes in thedrive thru being the only car, all mind boggling. Just avoid go to Dutch Bros down the way. Read more
