Was here in the morning a few days ago. More attention needs to be paid to who is next in line. Four cars that came in AFTER me... got to order their drinks before me or the car behind me (also ahead of them) did. I also get that the culture of Dutch Bros isto chat but when it?s 8am and people are trying to get to work, I highly doubt people are gonna miss your shallow complimentsand small talk. Was in line for 30 min total. I get that Dutch Bros has long lines but that long of a wait was ridiculous. Drinkwas fine, albeit $8 with a $1 peer pressured tip. Was having a hard day after losing my beloved pet of 14 years, stopping by I cried like a baby when asked how my day was. Not... only did they take the time to talk to me and make me feel better but they always make the drinks perfect! Best customer careand loads of yummy flavors! Read more
Super efficient and delicious! We knew by the line out the door it was good, and the coconut mocha thingy did not disappoint!... The staff who came out to our car to take our order was also incredibly nice. 10/10 Read more
So friendly & it's always right!! **Most of their menu is gluten free (my allergies thank you), guess there are a few syrups... that may have some gluten that are seasonal. I was looking forward to my Rebel today, but was disappointed because it was flat, so I drove back from work to Dutch Bros... thinking maybe I got a bad batch. When I got there I asked the lady if I could have a new one because this one was flat and shegracefully said sure will take care of that for you. New one in hand, I could already see that it was flat so I tasted it and itwas. Disappointed again, I asked the lady if they had changed brand, she said no. I let her know that this was flat. She toldme that they had just received these rebels. She ended up offering me a blended rebel because it came from the machine and itwont be flat she said. I declined because I love my Iced Rebel and I did not want a blended one. I ended up leaving with myflat Rebel. Dutch Bros, please teach your employees to put more attention to the products when making the drinks. This ratingof disappointment is for this visit only. Thank you. Read more
