This little place is so good! I hate that I waited years to try it. I thought it was a chain, but foolishly never did any... research. We got takeout here and it was not good. We have found a couple other Thai restaurants in Springs that we really loved, but took... a shot on this place because of the killer reviews. Portions were small, the food was not spicy, the tofu was practically raw.Got curry and a noddle dish, would not get either again unfortunately. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly! Amazingly cute place with the best Thai food in Colorado. Super authentic and oh so delicious. The owners are Thai and the food... is magical. Try the stuffed chicken wing, you'll be glad you did. Eim Thai is such a cute spot with absolutely delicious food. Staff were friendly and attentive, service was quick, and the... restaurant appeared very clean. I ordered the panang curry and loved it. Great spot for lunch! Super packed but still managed to get food out quickly. Tom yum soup with chicken was super... fragrant. Panang curry came out a little too soupy for a curry but the flavor was spectacular. Read more
This was my second time here and I loved it even more than my first time! My family is part Thai and I used to work at a Thai... restaurant before moving to the Springs, so I had been looking for my new "go-to" Thai place and this place is it. They areconveniently located near my office at the county building and the food is fast enough for a sit down lunch, even around11am-1pm. The staff are super friendly and the restaurant itself is cute and tidy. I ordered the egg rolls and Ladna--theportions and price points are perfect and the quality is fantastic.
