I had the oddest experience the other day. When I tried to place my order for a bagel, the girl at the cash register tells me... they don't have any of that flavor... I said the basket is full behind you. She says yeah we don't have any. She didn't lookover, didn't offer to find out, absolutely nothing. It was the oddest thing. Suuuper slow. There was 20 people standing waiting for food, we ordered thinking it was like any other Einstein bagel (very... quick). After waiting 10 mins and seeing no food come out. We canceled and left. When I asked the manager she said we are notslow just very busy. I told her about no food coming out and she didn?t respond to it. She did however apologize and providesome vouchers for free bagels. Read more
It would be 5 stars if the dining room was open, not sure why it isn't. There was 9 people sitting or standing in the dining... room waiting for their food anyways, would have been nice to just eat in instead of eating in my car. Hopefully they'll open thedining room, then I'll come back. The staff was very friendly, and the food was great. Read more
Service was good, but the dining room is still closed, and I'm not sure why. This is the only place in the Springs I've seen... that does not have their dining room open. However, I love their bagel egg sandwiches! Especially the Chorizo Sunrise! Read more
I absolutely love their bagels! They?re good every time, and their customer service is outstanding! They?re always able to get... my order super quick. And they?re always able to get me in and out in 5-8 minutes or less! Read more
You guys are wonderful loved my avocado on a toasted onion bagel and my husband had a pepperoni Pizza on a toasted asiago bagel... and a large coffee. It was fantastic and yummy. See you soon. Read more
I know everyone has bad days but this place consistently always forgets something with my order. Today they threw multiple loose... bagels into my bag and put it under my other food that was bagged. I asked a young lady that was working there if they hadbagel bags and she said yes and tried to put the bagels in a bagel bag even though they were contaminated by whatever debris wasin the bag overall. I had to ask her to get me new bagels and place them in a bagel bag. I?m not sure who the manager is butperhaps they need help. Read more
