It took two people to figure out how to give the right amount of cash back. It might be safer next time to pay with a card. I... got the lunch special and asked how large the slices were. She couldn't tell me, so I asked if one slice was large enough for a meal. She said yes. I'm glad I got two slices. They were small. The taste was bland, and the crust was super thin. Fazoli?s, I want to like you! I have given you so many chances. But then I place an order for 2 full size entrees and one of... the ravioli has 5 total pieces! I don?t understand. One Alfredo and one meat sauce, same size. Each of these is $9.99 each. Whatis the deal? We?re not big people. But there we were, after dinner, still hungry. I took my daughter out on a daddy daughter date. She wanted to eat at the place with the tomato sign. The entire experience at... this establishment was sad. Starting with the dark parking lot which felt rather unsafe. Inside, no one was at the counter forseveral min and we just waited. When we ordered the cashier was pretty much insisting on a tip, and kept trying to push thebutton for the highest amount on the machine. Trying to find a clean table was impossible. There were only four clean tables,the others all had dishes on them, even though there were only three or four other customers in the building. Each table wewent to was sticky and gross. It is as though they used a dirty floor mop to wipe off the tables. We found the least dirty andused water and napkins to clean the table better. We got our food, which was not bad. Just average, nothing to write home about. But each order should have had bread sticks. The guy who dropped off the order said they didn't have plates and he couldn'tbring out bread until he had plates. He said using a carry out bag was not an option when I asked. We were at the table for20-25 min and finished our dinner, then the guy showed up with a couple breadsticks. We were done so it was a mute point atthat time. The overall experience here was very poor. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The outside of the buildingshould have been an indicator that what was inside was dark and unenjoyable as well. There are other places in town, give them ashot before trying this one if you have a choice. Follow up: Fazoli's asked me to email them. I did. They did not reply. Itwas just an act to make it look like they cared, which makes it an even worse place. Still recommending you go anywhere else.Stay away from this Fazoli's. Read more
I came here alone today to dine in and to try the new cheese ball skewers and the shrimp Alfredo manicotti. My "waitress" Emma... was AMAZING! So kind and wanted to do nothing but help her customers. I wish every waitress was like her at every restaurant!And the food was delicious! The cheese balls were crispy and melty and my manicotti came out bubbling hot. I've always lovedfazolis so much, they have the best bread sticks, way better than Olive Garden and they have even been proving to be better thanOlive Garden even with their dishes. Fazolis is unlike any fast food restaurant, I mean where can you get pasta from a drivethrough?? 10 out of 10 recommend especially if darling Emma is working! Read more
I come here for the yummy baked spaghetti and love it. However the last time I was here the person taking the order was a... little rude and forgot to give us our desserts. We had already driven home before we knew because they knot the bags closedthen we had to go back and show our receipt but they did eventually give us our desserts. Read more
